For My 2 Princess

Tada .... look at what I discover while I buy food at the market this morning. Lately, due to bad economy, I have changed my spending habit for the last 2 years. I tried to control myself from over spending on the unnecessary stuff (save for rainy days!!!, good leh?) But, this morning when I first laid my eyes on those dress!!!, children's clothes are one of my fav. items... I just can't control myself and bought THIS for my princess. They have grown up a lot and their clothes almost cannot fit them anymore. I always think that, arhhh...just wait another few months and only I buy them clothes and they can wear it for CNY as well. But this time I really cannot "tahan" ..!!!! But one thing for sure,... I have bought this clothes 2 size BIGGER and I think this will last them for at least 2 years (mmm,... by then I think it WORTH the price liao ~ hehehe!)

Pink Teddy Bear Blouse/Dress, it can be wear as dress or blouse match with leggings - RM28 for my elder princess. Suits her feminine character.
Grey Piggy Dress/Blouse - RM28 for my younger princess, suits her active and sporty character.
All cost me RM56 - huhuhu!!! =.="

I Used To Like This Too!!

I have a good chat with a friend of mine and we both recall back our childhood days. Talking about kids nowadays, their time are either spent at school, tuition classes or the curicullum activities. On school holidays, they will spent most of their time to online, play games or watching TV. Their childhood time are so much different with ours. Last time we don't have much luxury toys to play but I can say that, my childhood time are full of sweet memories. We can have fun with just some simple stuff. Stuff that we can get it for free anytime and anywhere.
I used to play 7 stones with my neighbour's kids. We use to play marbles too I still remember they sold it for 5 marbles for 5 cents. The other famous stuff we played is "ZERO POINT" hahaha... know what is that? Jumping with our DIY rubber string and we could have many different pattern to jump it and can even dance with it. And the paper dolls, I piece of the paper dolls complete with many different kinds of clothes, bags and hats only cost us 5cents. I will design and draw some new clothes for my dolls as well. We also playing with the erasers, cartoon paper card, rubber band etc.. Ya, I like to play masak-masak with my friends too and play "pai kha" jumping with one leg and catch whoever u see. That's so much fun!!

and ... I USED TO LOVE THIS TOO !!! Blowing the balloon as big as we can and pop it on our own face, look like we are wearing the plastic mask...hahaha!!! ~~ silly me!

I bought this for my daughters and they too enjoy blowing the balloon so much.

P/S: I miss those days when I was running outside the house bare foot and playing with a group of friends. Oh ya!! we like to catch fish at the big drain outside my house too!!! jia lat~

My Boy Is Not A Baby Anymore....

I was busy cleaning my house's cupboards and kitchen cabinet last week. When I take out all the photo albums, last time I was using the camera using film which requires me to develop all the pictures and place them in the album. Actually cleaning the cupboard is not that tough, but I always wasting my time to flipped over all the pictures - the pictures when my 3 kids are still small (omg, they are just adorable) and starts to think back the time when they are still baby .... and I starts to day dreaming ~lol

Now, my eldest baby is 12 yrs old now, I realise that he is not a baby anymore and going step into his teenager life pretty soon. I miss the time when he is still a baby. He will be always my BABY in my heart!! Sometimes when my kids messed up the house or when they quarrel for some toys or food. I wish that they faster grown up and I don't need to take care of them anymore but just like what Claire said, when they have grown up and leave us one by one... only we will started to miss them so so much. That's life, they will soon leave me one day~ haih!! I wonder what will I do that time?? When one day, I cook and bake alone ... and no one eat, arhhh..that's a nightmare!!

My son now is wearing the Size 5 shoes and that's mean he can now wear my sport shoes eh..!! He got one Size 4 and always complain to me the shoes doesn't fit anymore. Look at the pic above, his shoes is terribly torn already. Since it's almost the last semester of schooling, I told him why not just wear it till this Nov and I just bought him a new pair for next year school reopen.

P/S: Boy, mommy will always stand by your side no matter what and mommy knows you are a good boy. I love you, Xen!!

Buddhist Mantras

AVALOKITESHVARA -- BUDDHA OF COMPASSION

"Om Mani Padme Hum"

'Om Mani Padme Hum' (translation: 'Hail the jewel in the lotus') is a six syllable invocation (mantra) of Avlokitesvara, one who is invoked as the Protector from danger. It is claimed that one who recites this mantra will be saved from all dangers and will be protected. This mantra is widely used in Mahayana Buddhism.

Medicine Buddha Mantra

The Sanskrit mantra of Medicine Buddha is:
Tayata, Om, Bhaishaye Bhaishaye Maha-Bhaishaye Raja Samudgate, Svaha.

or, pronounced the Tibetan way:
Tayata, Om, bekandzeh, bekandzeh maha-bekandzeh, radza samungateh. Soha.

Green Tara Mantra
The secret words of the Joy Mantra on "dalieh du dalieh dulieh souha" is the Green Tara mantra of Tibetan Buddhism sung by Chinese artist Su Ching-yen. In Tibet "Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha"In Sanskrit "Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Ture Svāhā"Tibetan culture, and some others, green is considered to include all the other colors.
The practice of Green Tara helps to overcome fear and anxiety, but devotees also believe that she can grant wishes, eliminate suffering of all kinds and bring happiness. When called upon, she instantaneously saves us from eight specific calamities. (Another lineage describes 16.)
The First Dalai Lama lists the 8, and interprets them as representative of corresponding defects, flaws, or obscurations:
1) lions and pride
2) wild elephants and delusions
3) forest fires and hatred
4) snakes and envy
5) robbers and fanatical views
6) prisons and avarice
7) floods and lust
OM TARE TUTTARE TURE SOHA
OM represents Tara's sacred body, speech and mind.TARE means liberating from all discontent.TUTTARE means liberating from the eight fears, the external dangers, but mainly from the internal dangers, the delusions.TURE means liberating from duality; it shows the true cessation of confusion.SOHA means "may the meaning of the mantra take root in my mind."- http://www.tibetan-mantra-art.com/green-tara.html
According to Tibetan Buddhism's beliefs, this mantra can not only eliminate diseases, troubles, disasters and karma, but will also bring believers blessings, longer life and even the wisdom to transcend one's circle of reincarnation.

Cundhi Avalokitesvara

Cundhi bodhisattva is an incarnation of the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara himself, to aid even more sentient beings in the samsara. Cundhi is also known as Zhun Ti in Chinese Buddhism, and is considered a Bhagavati (female buddha, kuan yin) in Mahayana. Cundhi is known for her awesome supernatural powers and is the chief of all merits in the lotus court. Her mantra is one of the supreme mantras taught by Sakyamuni Buddha.
If anyone chants, all their defilments will cleared, all sickness be healed, suffering be ceased, fortune gained, and long livity. One will also not get into the path of evil and be born in the lower realms. Bad karmas will lessen and life will be protected. Cundhi's mantra is also well known for protection against supernatural forces and eradicating disasters. All benifits are in this mantra if one is able to chant sincerely and without negative thoughts.

Here goes her mantra:

Om Nam (mantra for pure dharma world)
Om Hrih ( protection against supernatural forces)
Om Mani Pad me Hum (mantra of chenrezig)

Namo Saptanam
Samyaksambuddhaya Koptinam
Tadyatha

Om Cale Cule Cundhi Svaha (pronounciation: ka lay ku lay kun dhe so ha )
